Ponytails are great for disguising dirty hair or for the gym, but pulling your hair back the same way can cause breakage from the friction of your hair tie.

Nobody likes going out into public with wet hair, but sometimes you just don’t have the time to dry your hair after you wash it! Hair is at its most fragile when it’s wet, so it’s even more likely to break when pulled back. If you’re pressed for time, wear your hair down wet. Your strands will thank you!

Anyone who dreams of instantly longer hair can turn to extensions, but be careful.
