Regular Ground Delivery
Orders are normally shipped by US Mail and may be sent to street addresses or PO boxes. Delivery of items normally takes 7-10 business days.

Rush Express Air Delivery
See order page for rates. We offer rush service for delivery in 2-4 business days. We also offer overnight service for delivery at a higher charge. Rush delivery service are available to most areas in the continental U.S. The following products, Fullmore Spray, Toppik Fiber Hold Spray, and Minoxidil can only be shipped via Regular Ground Delivery within the continental U.S. and only to street address - no PO Boxes or APO addresses.

All orders for Expedited delivery must be placed prior to Noon Eastern Time.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return your product (see below for X5 HairLaser details), simply call us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Phone 1-800-THICKEN to request a Return Authorization Number and write it on your return label. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to return your X5 HairLaser simply call 1-800-277-4437 within 6 months of receiving your shipment for a Return Authorization Number. Shipping charges are non-refundable. X5 HairLaser returns are subject to an 18% restocking charge. No packages will be accepted for a return without an RMA number.

International Orders
Call 845-457-5072. For all international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders will be charged the appropriate shipping cost.
